Terms of service.

The ground rules for using this website. Straightforward, like the rest of our work.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Use of this site

This website is provided by K&M Property Maintenance, a family-owned outdoor services contractor based in Northern Kentucky. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Content on this site — service descriptions, project examples, and answers to common questions — is general information about the work we do. It isn't professional advice for your specific property or project.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate — whether given on-site, by phone, or in writing — is not a binding contract. No work is agreed to, and no price is final, until both you and K&M sign a written agreement covering the scope, price, and terms of the specific job.

No warranties from site content

The site and its content are provided "as is." While we work to keep the information here accurate and current, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the site's content, and nothing on this website creates a warranty or guarantee about any services. Any warranties that apply to actual work performed will be stated in your written agreement.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photos, graphics, and the K&M name and logo — belongs to K&M Property Maintenance. You may browse and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K&M Property Maintenance is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This limitation applies to the website only — responsibilities relating to actual services are governed by your written agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the courts of Kentucky.
