What we collect
When you request a free estimate — through the form on this site or by phone — we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address or location, and details about the project you want done.
Like most websites, we may also use basic analytics that record general, aggregated information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, and similar). This is used only to understand and improve the website.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your estimate request and, if you hire us, to schedule and provide the services you asked for. That includes calling, texting, or emailing you back about your project.
Form submissions are forwarded to the customer-relationship system our business uses so we can track your request and follow up. It is used only to manage your inquiry and any resulting work.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your project details stay between you and K&M.
Your choices

Changes to this policy
