Land Clearing & Grading in Northern Kentucky
K&M clears and grades land across Boone County and Greater Cincinnati — brush, trees and overgrowth out, rough grading done, so a raw or overgrown lot becomes something you can build on, mow or actually use. Free on-site estimates.

Clearing work we handle.
Lot clearing
Brush, small trees and undergrowth cleared for building, pasture or usable yard.
Rough grading
The cleared ground shaped so it drains and you can work with it.
Fence-line clearing
Overgrown lines opened back up for new fence or old boundaries.
Acreage reclaim
Overgrown fields and wood edges pushed back to usable ground.
Done the way this ground demands.
Boone County is the fastest-growing county in Kentucky, and a lot of what's being built starts as wooded or overgrown ground. Clearing is the first trade on site — and how it's done sets up everything after. We clear with the end use in mind: what stays, what goes, where the grade needs to end up, and how water will move across the finished ground.
It's not just construction lots. We clear fence lines that have gone feral, reclaim back acreage you haven't seen in years, and open up sight lines and usable ground on properties that got away from their owners.

Land Clearing questions.
Anything else — ask on the walk-through. You'll get the same straight answer either way.
What's the difference between land clearing and forestry mulching?
Clearing removes vegetation and can include grading — material is pushed, piled or hauled, and the ground gets shaped. Forestry mulching grinds brush and small trees in place into mulch, with no burn piles or haul-off. Which one fits depends on what the ground is for next; we do both and we'll tell you straight which your project needs.
How much does land clearing cost?
Acreage, density and what's staying versus going drive the price — an overgrown half-acre and five wooded acres are very different jobs. We walk the ground with you for free and quote what we actually see.
Do you take out stumps?
We'll cover stumps and what happens to cleared material — haul, pile or grind — as part of your estimate, so the finished state of the ground is agreed before we start.
Can you make a sloped lot buildable?
We handle clearing and rough grading — getting vegetation off and the ground shaped and draining. For engineered pads we'll tell you on the walk-through exactly what we can take on and what needs a site engineer first.
